Domain Management Services Agreement
1. Structure of Fees & Payment Terms
Primary Domain Management: Charged at a fixed rate of £35.00 per annum, payable strictly in advance of the service term.
Additional Domains: Any subsequent domain names managed under the client's portfolio will be billed at an additional £15.00 per domain, per annum, also payable in advance.
Renewal Cycle: Invoices are issued annually 30 days prior to the domain expiration or service renewal date. Failure to settle invoices before the renewal deadline may result in service suspension or the automatic expiration of the associated domain names.
2. Ownership & Domain Control
Client Ownership: The Client retains ultimate beneficial ownership of all domain names managed under this agreement.
Administrative Management: The Provider will act as the technical and administrative manager, utilising platforms including Cloudflare to configure, secure, and maintain the domains.
Transfer Out Protocol: Should the Client wish to terminate services, the Provider will facilitate the transfer of the domain name(s) (via IPS tag update, EPP/Auth code generation, or internal account push) to the Client’s chosen registrar, subject to all outstanding invoices being paid in full.
3. Scope of Service & Limitation of Liability
Included Services: The annual fee covers basic registration/renewal fees, DNS record management, security proxy configuration, and standard SSL certificate administration.
Upstream Dependencies: The Provider is not responsible for outages, domain loss, or registration issues arising directly from failures within third-party registries (e.g., Nominet, ICANN) or upstream service providers (e.g., Cloudflare).
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business emails arising from a domain name service interruption.
