Privacy Policy & Data Protection

1. Information We Collect

To manage domain names successfully, we must collect and process personal data including:

Full legal name or corporate entity name.

Physical business or residential address.

Contact email address and telephone number.

2. Why This Data is Required

This information is necessary to satisfy statutory registry mandates (such as Nominet for `.uk` domains and ICANN for generic top-level domains like `.com`). Accurate data ensures your legal claim to ownership over the domain asset remains valid.

3. Third-Party Sharing & Security

Registry Disclosures: Your data is shared exclusively with official domain registries and our upstream infrastructure partner, Cloudflare, solely for registration, security optimisation, and DNS compliance.

Data Privacy: Where possible and supported by the specific domain extension, WHOIS privacy tools will be implemented to prevent your contact details from being harvested publicly.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

4. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK Data Protection law, you retain the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. Please note that requesting the absolute deletion of data required by registries may result in the immediate forfeiture and cancellation of your domain name lease.
